At Organic India, we are committed to sustainable fashion and your complete satisfaction. If your eco-friendly garment isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original biodegradable packaging with all organic cotton tags still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
